Featured Project: Temporary Interactive Public Art Project at Discovery Green by GONZO247, 2011

Titled “Holy Moley” Artist GONZO247 designed and built a mini-golf hole (1 of 9) for an interactive temporary pubic art exhibit for a truly unique putt-putt golf course experience hosted in 2011 at Discovery Green Park in Houston, Texas. The golf hole was structured to be sturdy enough to walk on to play the game. The artistic elements bordered the platform with vibrant artwork featuring GONZO’s traditional graffiti style and a long-time signature character, named, “Mr. Pickles”, who is almost always wearing a snazzy cardigan sweater, as the fun visual centerpiece.
